Additionally, we process data that you enter yourself when making a reservation through third-party booking pages. The legal basis for data processing includes the initiation and performance of contracts pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. To process your reservations and bookings to your fullest satisfaction, we need your data. Your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR within the context of registration. Legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR that we must comply with, such as legally mandated retention and documentation requirements. Legitimate interests of our company pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR pursued by a third party. For example, we would like to keep you, as an interested party in our offerings, informed about updates and offers of our products, or invite you to events on occasion.

3. Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
There is no automated collection of directly identifiable personal data on our website. Only when you actively enter personal data, such as your name, address, or email address, do you provide us with this data. To the extent that you have provided us as a user of our website and/or as a customer with personal data, we use it exclusively for the following purposes: to respond to your inquiries, such as availability of hotel rooms and making reservations, and occasionally for customer surveys (e.g., regarding customer satisfaction). The data to be collected can be found in the respective input forms. By submitting such forms, you accept that we will contact you by email or other means, as specified by you, for the stated purpose. Consent can be revoked at any time in writing. The data will not be disclosed to third parties. This website does not create personally identifiable user profiles. Certain applications temporarily log your IP address. We cannot link your IP address to other personal data, except in the cases described above, when you have provided us with your data yourself. 5. Automated Storage of Information (Log Files) Server Log Files
